The app drawer thing on the bottom is a KWGT widget and not part of the KLWP wallpaper. Place the widget in your dock and enable 'swipe to open' for the app drawer if you want to get the most out of this setup. Tweak the dock height and space between widget and navbar by changing the dock icon size or enabling dock icon labels (no icons in the dock anyway so it doesn't matter how big and weird they would look)
